Sami YILMAZ entered the blockchain space in 2019, rapidly establishing himself within the Web3 ecosystem. With a background in business development and strategic growth, he has held key leadership positions, including CMO roles across multiple blockchain initiatives. Throughout his career, he has been instrumental in crafting go-to-market strategies, building high-impact communities, and driving ecosystem expansion. Currently serving as the Chief Business Officer at Initverse, he focuses on scaling decentralized infrastructure and delivering sustainable value across the Web3 landscape.

Chief Branding Officer — Hakan Sezikli

Hakan is an experienced Web3 entrepreneur and blockchain infrastructure builder with a strong track record across Bitcoin, DeFi, RWA, and DAO ecosystems. Fluent in English, Turkish, Chinese, and Russian, he brings a global perspective to decentralized innovation.Since entering blockchain space in 2018, Hakan has co-founded several notable initiatives, including BEVM, DAOBase, and Tiger VC DAO, contributing to the development of scalable, decentralized technologies. He is currently leading the development of Initverse in marketing and ecosystem, a next-generation Layer 1 public blockchain that also offers SaaS tools for dApp developers and decentralized cloud services.

Regional Development Manager (U.S.) — R.L. Bryer

R.L. Bryer began his journey in the blockchain sector in late 2009 when he first started running a full node on the bitcoin network. He’s written two books on blockchain technology that have sold in over 40 countries; those books have been translated into multiple languages. He’s also worked for 20+ projects over his 15 year history in the industry. Bryer is excited to now be focused on Business Development in the U.S. for InitVerse.

Jerome stepped into the blockchain space in 2021, driven by a search for alternatives to traditional finance and banking. With a deep passion for new technology and entrepreneurship, Jerome believes in a decentralized, transparent system that empowers individuals to fully own and control what they create. Now at Initverse, Jerome is committed to spreading the word about blockchain and crypto, helping shape a future where financial freedom is truly in people’s hands.

Regional Development Manager (Turkey) — Mete Ali Başkaya

Mete Ali Başkaya is a blockchain and crypto expert, scholar, and advisor based in Istanbul, with over 11 years of industry experience. Recognized as a key figure in Turkey’s blockchain ecosystem, he started as an active crypto trader and later shifted to professional consulting and academic teaching.He currently teaches Blockchain & Cryptocurrency Technologies at a leading Turkish university and publishes articles in top media and academic journals. A frequent speaker at global blockchain conferences, forums, and podcasts, he is known for his clear and insightful explanations.At InitVerse, Mete Ali Başkaya leads the growth and expansion in the Turkish market, building local networks and strengthening InitVerse’s presence in the region.

Richard brings extensive global technology communications, marketing and community leadership to InitVerse. His blockchain expertise spans diverse markets, encompassing significant projects in Dubai and Vietnam.He has a proven track record of driving impactful campaigns for major B2B tech brands, including Mimecast (successfully leading communications through their Nasdaq IPO), IBM, Citrix, and Qualcomm. He has collaborated with leading web3 brands such as Bybit, Bitcoinsensus, Fireblocks, and MATR1X, CoinQuant & Stability World AI.

Regional Development Manager (Indonesia) — Zamza

Crypto Enthusiast, Youtube Content Creator, Trader, & Community Owner since 2017. In early 2022 to build Start Up Auto Sultan Capital with offices in Lampung, Indonesia. Also plays a role in various Blockchain projects as Ambassador and Advisor. Throughout his journey, he has served as an ambassador for several major projects and assisted in marketing initiatives for projects looking to expand into Indonesia.With his experience as an advisor and incubator for several projects, he is committed to supporting innovation and growth within the crypto ecosystem. He strives to share knowledge and build valuable connections in this industry.

UI VISUAL DESIGNER — Ade

Ade is an experienced and highly creative UI designer, currently serving as a core designer. He excels at transforming complex blockchain technologies into intuitive and efficient user interfaces, blending technology with art. With extensive experience in multi-platform design (Web, mobile), he is dedicated to enhancing the user experience of Web3 products.

Brand content operation — Tharaka

Tharaka has 6 years of experience in the crypto space, focusing on content operations and brand building in fields such as NFTs and GameFi. He is passionate about content research and creation in the Web3 space, deeply understands new trends in the crypto market, and is committed to exploring ways to enhance brand influence through high-quality content, driving user engagement and ecosystem development.

InitVerse Consultant — Aditya

Aditya is a passionate Web3 advocate and a former core member of the Avalanche tech team. He focuses on driving blockchain project growth, increasing user engagement, and boosting on-chain activity. With expertise in community management, technical content creation, and development, he’s dedicated to making Web3 more accessible and understandable. Aditya is actively involved in multiple Web3 ecosystems, including Avalanche, Gear Foundation, Vara Network, MorphLayer, CoinDCX, Polkadot, and DBlockEd. Through education, interaction, and deep engagement, he helps push Web3 forward.
